About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will be responsible for providing and telehealth services to clients in addition to collaborating with the interdisciplinary team members, family members, and caregivers. The BCBA will also provide ongoing training for the Registered Behavior Technicians, and gather and analyze data to create and adjust the Individualized Treatment Plan. We are looking for BCBAs who are enrolled in Illinois IMPACT and interested in working with IL Medicaid clients.
Requirements
Expertise in parent education and support
Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Experience in developing and monitoring Behavioral Intervention Plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in ABA-based autism treatment preferred
Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians

The Autism Center of Sauk Valley is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in the Dixon, IL area.
