Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home ABA therapy to individuals with ASD under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement behavior intervention plans and programs developed by the BCBA
- Record data on client progress and behavior
- Work closely with caregivers and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency in treatment and progress towards goals
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum age of 18
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
